Insurance and Corporate Defense

The first nine years of Philip’s practice was exclusively devoted to defending large corporations and insurance companies. Philip continues to accept defense cases from individuals, corporations and insurance companies and currently represents major banks and insurance companies in lawsuits in Mississippi. Philip often works as co-counsel in defense cases with large law firms for clients who value his experience in litigating cases throughout the state. Philip also has experience as local defense counsel working with national counsel in defending cases filed in Mississippi.
